You need Windows 2000 Server or later running Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS).  You also need a relational database. Currently, TCO Enterprise works with Microsoft SQL, MySQL, or PostgresSql.

What support is available for TCO Enterprise?
Free support is available via submitting an email form.  View the Support page for other support options.  View the pricing page for information on product and support pricing.

We have a custom requirement, is that something that TimeClockOne can handle?
Yes.  TCO Enterprise is a flexible and easily customized application.  We tried to cover the majority of what you'd want and need in a time and attendance system, but we didn't think of everything.  Contact us and let us know what you need.  We can provide the customizations that you require.  View the Services page for more information.

How are upgrades handled?
When registering your TCO Enterprise installation, please provide an email address where we can notify you about software updates.  An enterprise license entitles you to free product upgrades for a year.  With a subscription license you will continue to receive upgrades after a year.

How many employees can I host on TCO Enterprise?
There are no limits on the number of employees you can add to the system.

Does it cost more to add more employees?
TCO Enterprise is a site license.  There is no extra charge for the number of employees that you have in the system.
